Important Notice Regarding Our Telephone System
Keydata is delighted to inform you that from 9 June 2008 we will be installing a new telephone system to provide an improved and faster service to our clients.
This means that we will be able to promptly direct your call to the appropriate department enabling you to obtain information about your clients' plan without the need to be held in a queue or speak to a client services representative.
To assist you with how to take advantage of this new service you will be presented with the following options at the start of your call:
Option 1: Current valuation of your client(s) plan
Option 2: Income payment query
Option 3: Maturity query
Option 4: Surrender query
Option 5: Speak to a client services representative
In order to efficiently process your query we would ask that you have the following information to hand when making a call to our client services department:
1. Client reference number (as stated on all correspondence)
2. Client Date of birth
3. Client House number
4. Client Postcode
Please note that there is no change to our current telephone number which is 0844 391 3412.
