Third-party administration is increasing as the current regulatory environment means that in-house administration is becoming too complex a task for many investment managers. Our service led approach allows us to deliver flexible and efficient out sourcing for companies that wish to outsource their structured product or structured deposit administration activities. Our investment in technology, software and development allows us to provide administration for both leading global investment brands and smaller boutique style asset managers.
Companies can outsource everything other than the sales process when bringing a product to market. Keydata can provide all management information to its partners, such as market, sales, redemption and Inland Revenue reporting, in addition to client profiling and reporting by post code.

INITIAL PROCESSING OF APPLICATIONS TO COMPLETION
We handle all aspects of application processing from vetting application forms (including Money Laundering documentation) to receiving and validating transfer instructions right up to issuing opening statements and establishing a direct credit facility.
EARLY SURRENDER AND TRANSFER OUT
A key area we have efficient processes to verify Investor identity, reconcile and liquidate assets in accordance with plan Terms and Conditions credit proceeds and close plans as appropriate.
MAINTENANCE
Annual statements routine correspondence provides the only ongoing contact most investors have with their asset manager. Getting it right is therefore of vital importance. We pride ourselves on our customer service. Furthermore we manage income payments and liaise with HM Revenue and Customs on behalf of our clients.
ADVISER RELATIONSHIP
In addition to providing the consumer facing administrator for investors we also set-up and maintain agreements with financial adviser allowing them to conduct business with our clients. This includes maintaining records against the FSA Central Register and paying commission by direct credit as appropriate. We are also sensitive to the client adviser relationship and consider our role to strengthen that relationship where possible.

We comply with all HMRC reporting requirements providing:

- Interim ISA10 & PEP10 returns to SPS
